US Supreme Court Trashes Odd Claim Over Seized BTC

The United States Supreme Court has declined to hear an appeal from Battle Born Investments regarding the forfeiture of 69,370 bitcoins. Initially linked to the Silk Road darknet marketplace, these bitcoins are now under the US government's control.
